We accept any physical activity :), so apart from running, we also accept cycling, roller blading and scooters. Dog walking, Nordic walking, running on a treadmill in your living room :), even cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.
In short, any physical activity or sport will do, just don’t sit at home watching TV or at your desk, go out and enjoy the day, because it will not repeat itself.
If you have entered incorrect registration details, please contact us at info@virtualchampionship.eu and we will fix the problem to make sure everything is alright.
Immediately after registration and successful payment, we will send you a confirmation of your registration and a summary of your order. If you do not receive this email, try checking your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, you might have made a mistake in the registration details (e.g. a typo) so the confirmation email was not delivered. In that case, please contact us at info@virtualchampionship.eu and we will fix it together.
Yes, you can. If you don’t feel fit enough for the distance you’ve signed up for, please get in touch at info@virtualchampionship.eu and we will change the distance as needed.
Nowhere. 🙂 All our events are non-competitive and anyone who overcomes their limits and completes the selected distance is a champion. So, in this case, race numbers would be useless, and if we save even a single tree by not using race numbers, it is worth it. 🙂 All thanks to you. Thank you.
In the main menu of our website, you will find the Acceptance tab. Click on it, fill in all mandatory fields in the form and select the event to which your result corresponds. Then upload a photograph or screenshot from an app or a bike computer, mobile phone, etc. and click Confirm. WARNING! The photograph must display the entire duration of the activity, distance in kilometres and the date on which you performed the activity. Once you fill in all mandatory fields correctly, upload a photograph and submit your excellent performance to be checked. You will receive an automatic email confirming that your acceptance request has been registered. Checks are performed continuously, we do our best to process them within 24 hours after submission, but it may take longer due to a high number of participants. Rest assured that you will receive a response to your acceptance request to the email address entered during registration within 48 hours.
n that case, please contact us at info@virtualchampionship.eu and we will fix it together.
After successful acceptance and confirmation that all event conditions have been fulfilled, a medal will be delivered to the address you used during registration. We do our best to dispatch medals continuously, as we understand that nobody wants to wait longer than necessary. The medal will be delivered to you within 20 working days after successful acceptance.
No. No pain, no gain. You need to deserve the medal; you definitely cannot buy it.
No, it is not possible.
For example, if you registered on Monday 11 March 2019 and you submit your run or bike ride from Saturday 9 March 2019, we will NOT ACCEPT it. We only accept activities performed on the day of your registration and later. For example, if you go cycling on Saturday 9 March 2019 and register in the evening on 9 March 2020, we will accept this activity. That is why it is recommended to register before the weekend starts, because during the weekend you will simply not have time for that.
Anyone. 🙂 Our youngest participant was a 2-year-old* girl driving 3 kilometres on a bike with a smile on her face 🙂
* A legal guardian or another adult person in charge of a minor takes full responsibility for a person under the age of 18, so please carefully consider the distance you choose when registering a minor, taking into account the minor’s health and difficulty of the event.
Unfortunately not. After some bad experience and numerous complaints, we decided not to enable this form of payment. You need to pay for your registration online by using your credit/debit card or payment by bank button. Thank you for your understanding.
